Post Highlights allows you to add a box (like above) with highlighted posts from your blog. The box will display a picture, the title and a headline for each post. It will fade between images from time to time and let you navigate using arrows or a numeric navigation depending on the theme you are using.
Yes, Post Highlights supports themes and it is very easy to create one. Duplicate the default theme and follow the instructions in the code, or check the complete documentation on how to create a theme.
